HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2389 - 9/13/1994 - ZONING VARIATION, 1591 OREGON TRAILORDINANCE NO. 2389 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.55A(2) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE PARKING OF A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE THAT WOULD ENCROACH INTO THE REQUIRED SIX (6) FOOT DISTANCE ADJACENT TO BOTH THE STRUCTURE AND LOT LINE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1591 OREGON TRAIL, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (ASCONE) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.55A(2) of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the use of yards for vehicles to permit the parking of a recreational vehicle in the required six (6) foot area adjacent to both the structure and lot line on property located at 1591 Oregon Trail, Elk Grove Vil- lage and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the finding and recom- mendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.55A(2) of the Zoning Ordinance, as it pertains to the use of yards for vehicles, to permit the parking of a recreational ve- hicle which would encroach into the required six (6) foot distance adjacent to both the structure and lot line on property located at 1591 Oregon Trail and legally described as follows: Lot 3 in Block 1 in Winston Grove Section 21, being a Subdivision in the East ;� of the Southwest h and the West ; of the Southeast a (taken as a tract) of Sec- tion 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian (excepting from said tract the South 20 acres thereof) in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
