HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2392 - 10/25/1994 - ZONING VARIATION, 2500/2526 DELTAORDINANCE NO. 2392 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.43 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE ZONED LOT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2500-2526 DELTA LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (NEEMS) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.43 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to requiring one prin- cipal building to be erected on a lot of record in order to permit two buildings on one lot; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having con- sidered the recommendation and findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.43 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the regulation of prin- cipal buildings, to permit two buildings to be located on one lot on property located at 2500-2526 Delta Lane, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot 5 of Lots 5, 6, 7, a subdivision of part of Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit No. 1, a subdivision in the Northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded January 31, 1966 as Document R66-3405, in DuPage County, Illinois A 10 foot strip adjacent to Lot 5 on the North in Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit No. 1, East half, Northeast quarter Lot 6 of Lots 5, 6, 7, a subdivision of part of Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit No. 1, a subdivision in the Northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded January 31, 1966 as Document R66-3405 in DUPage County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
