AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 12,SECTION
8-12A-1 E. PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES (LAND
SUBDIVISIONS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 8-12A-1 E. President and Board of
Trustees of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The President and Board of Trustees is to act on
the recommendation of the Plan Commission and
Judiciary,Planning and Zoning Committee of the
Village by either approving or denying the request
for subdivision; however, one lot/single use
subdivisions need not be reviewed by the Plan
Commission.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
