HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2290 - 3/23/1993 - ZONING VARIATION, 2471 BRICKVALE DRNO. 2290 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO MINIMUM LOT SIZES IN THE I-2 ZONED DISTRICT TO PERMIT THE DEVELOPMENT ON A 16,000 SQUARE FOOT LOT LOCATED AT 2471 BRICKVALE DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PAUL) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to required minimum lot sizes for the I-2 zoned District; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to grant the variation re- quested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to minimum lot sizes in the I-2 zoned District to permit the development on a 16,000 square foot lot located at 2471 Brickvale Drive and legally des- cribed as follows: Lot 5 in Brickvale Resubdivision of Part of Brickvale Subdivision in the North k of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 PASSED this 23rd day of March 1993.
