AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-10-1 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
PERTAINING TO COMMUNITY SERVICE BOARD MEMBERSHIP
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 2-10-1 of the Village Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
2-10-1: BOARD CREATED; MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT; TERMS:
There is hereby established a Community Service
Board consisting of thirteen (13) members, one of whom
shall be a Village Trustee and each of whom shall be
appointed by the Village President with the consent of
the Board of Trustees for a term of four (4) years or
such lesser period of time in order that all appoint-
ments terminate on April 30, 1985, and every four (4)
years thereafter.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
