AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELY. GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3A,
NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (WEST GLENN TRAIL)
NO41, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3A, No Parking Streets and areas, of
the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
West Glenn Trail
No parking between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday on school days, on the
east side between Biesterfield Road to a point
one -hundred and sixty five feet (165) north
of the north corner of Borman Court, a point
which serves as the north property line on the
property commonly known as 947 West Glenn
Trail.
No parking (here to corner) on the east side
of West Glenn Trail, from Biesterfield Road to a
point twenty five feet south of the intersection.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
