AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-3-1, ONE AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS, BY DELETING JULIE DRIVE, EAST BOUND, AT
NEWBERRY DRIVE; AND AMENDING SECTION 6-4-3-2 C, THREE AND
FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, BY ADDING JULIE DRIVE, EAST BOUND,
AT NEWBERRY DRIVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-3-1 One and Twn-Way Stop Intersections
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended by
deleting thereto the following:
A. B.
Julie Drive, East Bound at Newberry Drive
Section 2: That Section 6-4-3-2 C. Three and Four-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Julie Drive and Newberry Drive
Section 3: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 4: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
