AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2284 BY APPROVING AN
AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF MEACHAM ROAD AND BIESTERFIELD ROAD,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SUPER R MART)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Vil-
lage at a public meeting duly called and held considered the ques-
tion of approving an Amended Site Plan for the Super K Mart Center,
which Amended Site Plan provides for a glass atrium addition to
the South end of the structure facing Meacham Road; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after considering the recommendation and find-
ings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best
interest of the Village that the Site Plan be amended as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2284 duly passed and approved
on the 12th day of January, 1993 be and the same is hereby amended
by substituting therein an Amended Site Plan, which Site Plan was
prepared by Cowhey, Gudmundson, Leder, Ltd. and dated July 13,
1993, three (3) copies of said Amended Site Plan are on file in
the office of the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That all remaining provisions and conditions of
Ordinance No. 2284 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 4 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 2 ABSTAIN 1
