AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE•OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6-4-5-3A, NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS
(HAMPSHIRE LANE - ROOSA LANE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3A, No Parking Streets and Areas, of
the Elk Grove Village Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
ROOSA LANE
North side, between 1744 and 1750 Roosa Lane.
(Shenandoah Park)
HAMPSHIRE LANE
South side, from 1675 to 1681 Hampshire Lane and
on the north side, between 1678 and 1680 Hampshire Lane.
(Hampshire Park and Fountain Square Park)
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
