AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3A, NO
PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (CLEARMONT SCHOOL)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3A, No Parking Streets and Areas, of
the Elk Grove Village Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Westview Drive
On the east side from Clearmont to the
south side property line for the residence
at 1051 Westview.
Clearmont Drive
On the north side between Ridge and Westview.
Ridge Avenue
On the west side from Cleamont to the south
driveway of 1072 Ridge, (St. Nicholas Church).
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
