AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.54A AND
SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS SAME PERTAIN TO
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE USE OF YARDS FOR PRINCIPAL
STRUCTURES AND MINIMUM SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO PERMIT
AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING BUILDING ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF ARTHUR AVENUE AND BUSSE ROAD,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SANFILIPPO)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting variations of Sections
3.54A and 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the require-
ments for the use of yards for principal structures and a minimum
setback dimensions for property located at the corner of Arthur
Avenue and Busse Road to permit the construction of an addition
to an existing building; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the findings and re-
commendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said
variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted the following variations
of Section 3.54A and Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to LaSalle
National Bank as Trustee under Trust #114243 and Trust #100628 and
John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. to permit the construction of an
addition to an existing building on property located at the corner
of Arthur Avenue and Busse Road, Elk Grove Village:
A. Variance from the side yard requirements for the
Eastern edge of Lot 1.
B. Variance from the side yard requirement for the
Western edge of Lot 2 and the rear yard require-
ment for the Southern edge of Lot 2.
C. Variance from the rear yard requirement for the
Northern edge of Lot 397.
D. Variance for all required yards of Lot A.
The legal description of said property is set forth on Ex-
hibit 1 attached attached hereto.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
