AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.54D AS IT
PERTAINS TO ALLOWABLE LOCATIONS FOR SWIMMING POOLS ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1554 PATRICIA COURT, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (HILGENBERG)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section
3.54D of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an above ground swimming
pool to be located five (5') feet from the side lot line on pro-
perty located at 1554 Patricia Court, Elk Grove Village and legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings and recom-
mendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said
variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.54D of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to allowable loca-
tions for swimming pools to permit the existence of an above ground
pool located five (5') feet from the side lot line on property
located at 1554 Patricia Court, Elk Grove Village and legally
described as follows:
Lot 9 in Block 4 in Shenandoah Subdivision, being
a Subdivision in the Southeast ; of the Southwest
of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
