AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3A,
NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (WEST GLENN TRAIL)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3A, No Parking Streets and areas, of
the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
West Glenn Trail
West side, between Biesterfield Road and a point nine
hundred ninety feet (990.0') south of Biesterfield
Road, a point which serves as the north property line
of the Village Well Site #7, lot 5204.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
