AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-7,
NUMBER OF LICENSES OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF CLASS "A" LIQUOR
LICENSES TO TWENTY SIX (26) (REAL TIME SPORTS)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3-3-7, Number of Licenses, of the
Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains to Class "A"
Licenses be amended by increasing the number of Class A Liquor Licenses to be
issued in the Village as follows:
Class "A" Liquor Licenses be increased from
Twenty -rive (25) to Twenty-six (26)
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
