AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-3-1: ONE AND TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIONS, BY ADDING CHARTET-A LANE AT HTNTIN TON DRIVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-3-1: One and Two -Way Stop
Intersections of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be amended by adding thereto the following:
A.
Stop Street
Charlela Lane
B.
Location
Huntington Drive
Section 2: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance Shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
