AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PERMIT THE
OPERATION OF AN AUTOMOBILE BODY REPAIR GARAGE IN AN 1-1
INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICT AND LOCATED AT 115 GAYLORD STREET
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a
Public Hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of
granting a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 7E-2 of the Zoning Ordinance
to permit the operation of an automobile body repair garage in an 1-1 Industrial
Zoned District; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, after having reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan
Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village to grant
the Special Use Permit as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to Isabella Rejdak
to permit the operation of an automobile body repair garage in an 1-1 Industrial
Zoned District for property located at 115 Gaylord Street, Elk Grove Village and
legally described in Plan Commission Docket Number 03-10 on file in the
Office of the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 274h day of January 2004.
