AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-3,
ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3, No Parking Streets and areas, of
the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
Biesterfield Road
West side between Gibson Drive and the North
property line of 1745 Biesterfield Road.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
