AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 6-4-6
LIMITED LOAD STREETS, OF THE OFFICIAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
FOR VEHICLES TRAVELING ON ROHLWING ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Official Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 6-4-6,
paragraph B, Vehicles in Excess of Twelve Ton by adding thereto the
following:
Rohlwing Road between Biesterfield Road
and the Northern Village Limit
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
