AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2151 AUTHORIZING THE
APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTORS TO THE
SOLID WASTE AGENCY OF NORTHERN COOK COUNTY
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village has passed Ordinance No. 2151, which Ordinance approved
the appointment of a Director and Alternate Directors to the Solid
Waste Agency of Northern Cook County, A Municipal Joint Action Agency;
and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance permits a Director and Alternate Directors
to be appointed to the Agency's Board of Directors with terms expiring
April 30, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees appoint Gary E.
Parrin as an Alternate Director, replacing Charles A. Willis, term expiring
April 30, 1993, or until his successor is appointed.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to send two (2) certified copies of this Ordinance to the Executive
Director of the Agency within five days of the adoption and approval of
this Ordinance.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and approval according to law.
