AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3, PARAGRAPH b
OF ORDINANCE NO. 2251 (SCHNELL II ANNEXATION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3, Paragraph b, of Ordinance No. 2251,
adopted on June 25, 1992, annexing property located at 845 Oakton Street
is hereby amended to read as follows:
b. Upon annexation, owner shall pay the
Village of Elk Grove Village the sum
of $425.95 in watermain recapture fees
assessed on owners property, as specified
in Ordinance No. 1767.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
