AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FAIRMONT ESTATES
PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given the Final Plat of
Subdivision identified as the Fairmont Estates Subdivision being
a Subdivision of Lot 5206 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being
a Subdivision in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian according to the Plat thereof
recorded November 14, 1969 as Document No. 21013188, in Cook County,
Illinois, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Village
Clerk and by this reference made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 2: That variations of Section 8-12 B-1-1A3(E) per-
taining to the length of cul-de-sacs and Section 8-12 B-1-1A3(E)
pertaining to the width and shape of the cul-de-sac bulb are hereby
granted to permit the size, length and shape of the Christa Court
cul-de-sac as depicted on the Fairmont Estates Plat of Subdivision.
Section 3: That no building permit shall be issued for any
of the lots of the approved Subdivision until such time as the
developer receives an additional variation, subsequent to a hearing
before the Zoning Board of Appeals, pertaining to the ability to
install and location of a solid fence to be located on the North
side of the Subdivision as well as variations to the lot frontage
necessitated by the reconfiguration of Lots 10 and 11.
Section 4: That the Village President and the Village Clerk
are hereby authorized to sign said Plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to re-
cord a copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
