HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2207 - 1/14/1992 - ZONING VARIATION/1901 GIBSONJ ORDINANCE NO. 2207 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.54 A OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE EXISTENCE OF AN EXISTING DECK IN THE REAR YARD AREA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1901 GIBSON DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (LORINCZI) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.54 A of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to accessory structures in the required rear yard; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54 A of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to accessory struc- tures in required rear yards to permit the existence of a deck infringing a maximum distance of nine (9') feet in the required rear yard of property located at 1901 Gibson Drive, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot 74, Plat of Resubdivision No. 2 of a portion of Winston Grove, Section 23B, being subdivisions of part of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
