AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.709 ANNEXATION FEES AND SECTION
7.305 FEES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 7.305 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
All fees for petitions to the Zoning Board of
Appeals shall be as provided in the Zoning
Ordinance or by resolution of the President
and Board of Trustees.
Section 2: That Section 7.709 of the Municipal Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
All fees for annexations to the Village of
Elk Grove Village shall be as provided by
resolution of the President and Board of
Trustees.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval, according to law.
