HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2216 - 2/25/1992 - REZONE TO B-2 & I-1ORDINANCE NO. 2216 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN RESUBDIVIDED PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH WEST OF ROUTE 83 AND BRUMMEL AVENUE TO B-2 BUSINESS AND I-1 INDUSTRIAL (GALLER'S RESUBDIVISION) WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has resubdivided certain property located Southwest of the intersection of Route 83 and Brummel Avenue into three zoned lots; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of re-estblishing appropriate zoning for the lots as subdivided into the B-2 Business and the I-1 Indus- trial Zoned Districts respectively; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe that the resubdivided zoned lots shall be rezoned in accordance with the recommendation of said Plan Commission. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the property identified as Parcel A on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein shall and the same is hereby zoned B-2 Business. Section 2: That the property identified as Parcel B on Exhibit A attached hereto shall and the same is hereby zoned I-1 Industrial. Section 3: That the properties identified as Parcel A and Parcel B on Exhibit A shall be subject to the zoning regulations and restrictions set forth in the zoning ordinance pertaining to the respective zoning as herein granted. Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to amend the zoning map of the Village in accordance with the provi- sions hereof. Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage of approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 4 ATTEST: Patricia S. PARCEL B: Lots 2 and 3 in Galler's Resubdivision, being a resubdivision of Lot 1 in Galler's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of the North- east 1/4 of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11 and also of Lot 154 (except the West 225.79 feet thereof) in Higgins Industrial Park Unit 107, being a Subdivision in the Notheast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meri- dian, all in Cook County, Illinois. -3-
