AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III, SECTION 18.301, LICENSE
FEES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Article III, Section 18.301, be and the
same is hereby amended to redd as follows:
18.301 amended The specific enumerated Business, Occupations and
Activities shall pay a yearly fee for license as follows:
Annual Fee -Unless
Type of Business Otherwise Indicated
Alarm Systems 0 - 5 $25.00
Per False Alarms 6 -10 $75.00
11 -15 $100.00
16 -20 $150.00
Over 20 $200.00
