AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III, SECTION 18.301, LICENSE
FEES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Article III, Section 18.301, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
18.301 amended The specific enumerated Business, Occupations and
Activities shall pay a yearly fee for license as follows:
Type of Business
Coin-operated Amusement Centers
Coin-operated Amusement Devices
Annual Fee -Unless
Otherwise Indicated
$300.00 plus
$50.00/machine
$50.00/machine
Coin-operated Packaged Food/Beverage $25.00/machine
Coin-operated Bulk Food/Novelties/Sundries $10.00/machine
Coin-operated Music Devices $50.00/machine
Ice Dealers:
Over the Counter $25.00
Vending Machine $25.00
Tobacco Dealers:
Over the Counter $100.00
Vending Machine $100.00
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect for license fees due and payable for the next licensing year which
begins the first day of June, 1992.
