Trustee Franke seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.
Trustee Lissner moved to approve the executive session minutes for December 8, 2020. Trustee
Czarnik seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 pm.
