Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 26, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

All but one tenant in the 1550 Higgins building have verbally accepted the Village's offer for
early termination of their leases. The Village is working to acquire the property adjacent to this
site, which owned by Brennan Investment Group. Village staff has also talked to the owners of
the rock crushing facility, who may be willing to move if we can find them a new site.
There are two brokers interested in locating data centers at this site. In order to move forward,
the data center would need the rock crushing facility to move, to avoid the possible impact of
dust to their equipment.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 pm.
