Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 26, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Finance Department is seeking to fill the Worker's Compensation Assistant position which
has been left open. They have been using a temporary employee in this role, but they are falling
behind without someone to work full time hours. Filling this position with a full-time Village
employee would present a cost savings in comparison to increasing the hours of a temporary
employee. The position would split time between HR and Finance functions.
The consensus of the Board was to authorize the filling of this position.
