of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 26, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

Mayor Johnson advised that due to the pandemic it would be necessary to cancel the volunteer
appreciation dinner, which is usually held in March. The consensus of the Committee was to
cancel the event this year.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:41 pm.
