called to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney indicated that the attorneys working on the condemnation of the former EG
Hotel out lot would like to set up a call with the Mayor. A settlement agreement is part of a
lawsuit. It is complicated to move forward with a purchase separate from the condemnation
lawsuit.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm.
