Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 9, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Disposition.

Pete Patel is interested in setting up a deal to bring a Courtyard by Marriott and a Velvet Taco
restaurant to the former Motel 6 site on Higgins. The Village has given Pete Patel the contact at
Good Year, because the deal would also need to include that existing Good Year property.
Village staff have not heard back from Pete Patel since they provided the contact.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 pm.
