of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Februaa 23, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Litigation.

In order to facilitate the sale of the Tech Park hotel back to the Village, it is necessary to official
terminate the RDA with Bhavik Dani, since he has not fulfilled his obligations in the agreement.
An item will be placed on the next Village Board agenda to this effect.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:23 pm.
