to consider review of Personnel.

Health insurance premiums will be changing on July 1—the PPO plan is going up 5.5%, HMO
plan is decreasing 4%. Retiree life insurance will be going up again this year, but the amount has
not yet been determined. These changes will go into effect July 1.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:44 pm.
