Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 23, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Board discussed the proposed bonus for Village employees this July. In 2017, the Village
Board approved a bonus for all employees which included $750 to full-time staff and $450 to
part-time staff, including crossing guards. The consensus of the Board was to approve the
proposed employee bonus for July 2021 using the same bonus structure of $750 for all full-time
employees and $450 for all part-time staff.
