of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 23, 2021, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Litigation.

Mario Gullo has brought up concerns about the Village's actions with regard to the terms of the
annexation settlement agreement. The Village Attorney is working through the issue with
Gullo's Attorney. Action from the MWRD Board is required before the Village can take the
actions stipulated in the agreement. A court hearing is scheduled on the matter.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 pm.
