Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 13, 2021, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Litigation.

Mayor Johnson met with the developer who took over from Dani on the proposed Tech Park
hotel. The new developer owns the rights to the Home2 by Hilton brand for the site and seemed
confident about being able to get the project done quickly. The Village is offering to pay the
cost of the land. If the development doesn't proceed, the Village has offered to buy back the
property.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:36 pm.
