consider review of Personnel.

The Board discussed the compensation information they were provided on Village employees.
Overtime pay does not count towards pensions for Police and Fire. It does count toward IMRF
tier 1 pensions, which would primarily be Public Works union staff.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 pm.
