of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 27, 2021, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

The Board discussed whether Trustees who have been re-elected need to stop collecting IMRF
pensions due to a recent change in state law. The Village Attorney noted that he had previously
sent a memo out advising Trustees of the requirements. The Village Manager and Village
Attorney will look into it and report back to the Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 5 :3 3 pm.
