Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 27, 2021, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

Public Works Mechanic Ron Ladehoff has retired. Two mechanics are currently injured, and
mechanic Paul Freidman plans to retire on December 3. Village Manager Rummel explained
that staff would like approval to hire two new mechanics, one to replace Ron and one to work
with Paul in preparation for his retirement later this year. The consensus of the Board was to
move forward with a temporary increase to the authorized mechanic positions in Public Works.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:33 pm.
