Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 27, 2021, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village has reached an agreement on a purchase price for the property on Elmhurst Road,
which is needed to relocate Vulcan from their current location. The purchase price is $6.36
Million, but this does not yet include relocation costs for Vulcan. A total budget of $7.084
Million was approved by the Board for the relocation of Vulcan from their current location.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
