of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 27, 2021, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Litigation.

The Village has received a draft of a revised redevelopment agreement from the developer for
the hotel at the Elk Grove Technology Park. Deputy Village Manager Roan noted that he will be
meeting with the Village Attorney when he is back in town to go over his comments on the
revised draft. The Village Attorney and Deputy Village Manager noted that the issues to be
addressed in the draft were not major.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:38 pm.
