consider review of Land Disposition.

There is no update on the hotel development proposed for the site of the former Motel 6
property. Staff has advised that nothing can move forward until the developer provides proof of
financing, and the developer is working with their bank to get their financing together.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:38 pm.
