of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 27, 2021, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

The Committee discussed seating arrangements for the Plan commission at their last meeting.
One member of the Plan Commission was uncomfortable with resuming regular seating up at the
dais, without social distancing. Staff worked with the Plan Commission Chairman to determine
the appropriate seating accommodations.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
