of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 11, 2021, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the Mario Gullo annexation settlement agreement.
At the next Village Board Meeting, the Board will call for a public hearing to amend the
annexation agreement on June 15, thereby this will disannex MWRD. This procedure is called
for in the settlement agreement between the Village and Gullo.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:49 pm.
