AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XII COMMUNITY
SERVICE BOARD OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY
DECREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS TO ELEVEN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 7.1201 of Article XII, Community
Service Board of Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code of the Village, be,
and the same, is hereby amended by reducing the number of members
stated from 12 members to 11 members. The remainder of said Section
7.1201 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
