AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, SECTION 14.204,
ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; SECTION
14.205, YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS; AND SECTION
14.512, ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS, OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:

Section 3: That Section 14.512, Additional No Parking Streets and
Areas, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
104. On the north side of Gibson Drive from
1698 Gibson Drive west to Potomac Lane.
105. On the east side of Potomac Lane between
Gibson Drive and Atlantic Lane.
106. On the south side of Atlantic Lane from
Potomac Lane to 455 Atlantic Lane.
Section 4: That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars for each offense.
Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
