AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2139 AND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO PARKING STRUCTURES FOR
ALEXIAN BROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER, INC.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law considered the question of amending Ordinance 2139 and
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village by permitting the Variation
previously granted at the East Parking Structure to be amended
to the Northwest Parking Structure on property located at 800
Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
reviewed the findings and recommendation of said Zoning Board
of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so
as to justify the amendment and the Variation of the Zoning Ordin-
ance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2139 duly passed and approved
by the President and Board of Trustees on the 8th day of January,
1991 be the same as hereby amended by substituting the phrase
"Northwest Parking Structure" for the phrase "East Parking Struc-
ture" in Section 2 of said Ordinance.
Section 2: That all other provisions of Ordinance 2139 shall
be in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
