AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.201A OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO
THE LEAF COLLECTION PROGRAM WITHIN THE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 16.201A, Leaf Collection Program, paragraph
one, Establishment, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"ESTABLISHMENT. There is hereby established a Leaf
Collection Program for all single-family and multi-
family dwellings, schools, parks, and churches.
(Basically everything except Commercial/Industrial
properties.) The program shall permit residents
to deposit leaves in streets under the jurisdiction
and maintenance of the Village subject to the
following conditions and exceptions:
Section 2: That Section 16.201A, be further amended by amending
item "e", by adding "TONNE ROAD".
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
