AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I BOARD OF HEALTH
OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS TO TEN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 7.101 of Article I, Board of Health of
Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code of the Village, be, and the same, is
hereby amended by increasing the number of members stated from 9
members to 10 members. The remainder of said Section 7.101 shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTES: AYES: 5
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 1
